My primary job is to educate buyers on the process, the market, and make them aware of the choices that may need to be considered.
Once a buyer has been pre-approved by a lender, I have an initial needs assessment meeting with buyers where we put together a profile of their ideal home and start searching. Technology has greatly facilitated the house hunt, but with such low inventory, many times I will reach out to my network to find a home before it hits the market.

There are many benefits to starting the search process online. You can view many homes and their details, take video tours and access neighborhood info. However, it’s also important to view homes in person.
While their property details may seem similar online, homes can actually be very different in terms of layouts, design, workmanship and other aspects. In addition, you should ideally view homes with the help of an experienced Realtor who will notice things you might have missed and provide expert analysis.
